The Blue House of Volturno Morani
is engaged in launching the movement of space neo-constructivism. The scientific, spiritual research pursued by Volturno Morani in the second half of the twentieth century is truly topical. Today, 2025 we begin to hear of space conquest as the absence of spirituality, devoured by consumerism in the West, seems to be finally giving way to spiritual awakening.
Constructivist geometries, cosmological scientific investigation, iconography, spirituality and faith are the cornerstones that led V.M. to found this painting technique. I, Flavio Morani, believe that all of this is a heritage of humanity that wants to thrive in peace and joy and evolve to new worlds and states of its consciousness. Therefore I will direct my efforts to seek painters and maybe not only painters but also sculptors, musicians, poets and all lovers of the arts to know, experience and flourish neo spatial constructivism as a true artistic, cultural and philosophical movement. We are the Light of the World, and to the Light we shall return.

The Genesis of Spatial Neo-Constructivism
The following is the story of the genesis of Spatial Neoconstructivism, the artistic movement founded by Volturno Morani in Italy in the 1960s.
The art market has never attempted to fully narrate the birth of this movement, because the founder clearly decided not to address the markets. He aspired to speak a universal language, which did not align well with the dealings of art dealers, galleries, or critics.
All artists are “presumptuous” by definition, and Master Morani was no different… but his was not just presumptuousness, it was humility mixed with concern. With his refusal to engage in buying and selling with gallerists and critics, he demonstrated the attention of an artist who feared compromising the message of his art because of the sworn enemy of art: vile money.
But what is this universal message we find in these conceptual abstracts that characterize Spatial Neoconstructivism? Before investigating this, let’s take a step back.
Spatial Neoconstructivism arises from the union of two great artistic schools. The constructivism of Eastern Europe in the early 20th century, represented by the Russian Malevich, the Hungarian Nagy, and many others, which is contaminated by the colors, geometries, and meanings of Orthodox iconography, leading to what is called a true Neoiconography.
If we were to temporally place the birth of SPATIAL NEOCONSTRUCTIVISM, it is plausible to hypothesize the year 1965. Not just any year for the author, as it was the year he married Marina, his beloved wife, with whom he lives for eternity.
I have not used the present tense by chance to describe this relationship. That relationship lives on today, because it is based on a bond that has not ended, even though, from a sadly human perspective, the Master passed away in November 2004, while Marina still lives in the Modenese lowlands among children and grandchildren. That bond is still present in the memories, prayers, works, hopes, thoughts, and the hearts of those who loved with the Master while he was physically here.
Time and Space, iconographically echoing the Orthodox icon of Christ’s descent into hell. An icon of Easter. After death and before the Resurrection, Christ descends into hell to visit the sinners. “I have come for sinners, not for the righteous.” That visit shakes and overwhelms everything because it occurs outside of time and space, in a dimension that today we cannot place.
He who is Love saves, offering a hope that transcends the balance of TIME and SPACE as perceived by humans. And it is precisely love, the only thing we are capable of conceiving as human beings, that transcends time and space, as Christ demonstrated with His Quantum Leap into hell.
Indeed, we all demonstrate this by loving our parents, grandparents, loved ones, even when they are no longer here, or more simply, by loving a person even if they are far from us. Yet we feel them here with us in various ways, in dreams, through perceptions, illusions, prayers.
The Love Variable is that variable, imprinted in the heart of man, that allows us to do the greatest things. This is why we perceive and are able to feel the real warmth of the people we love. This is why we were created in His image, after the likeness, in the image and likeness of what is love, and we were placed at the center of the Universe, which, despite its immensity, is and remains an imaginary, physical, temporal, material, antimaterial, real, and ideal place where we are and will all be. Connected by an equation solvable only with the Love variable.
This is our GENESIS, our Who We Are, our where we are and where we want to go. This is the Cosmic Christocentrism, explained by Spatial Neoconstructivism.
This is the meaning of Spatial Neoconstructivism… the unveiling of the mysteries of the Universe, which begins with the work of love that the human being will be able to produce.
It is true, without a lie, certain and veracious, that what is below is as what is above and what is above is as what is below to make the miracle of the one thing. And since all things are and come from one, through the mediation of one, so all things were born from this one thing by adaptation. (Emerald Tablet)
It is true, without a lie, certain and veracious, I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
And so, if it is true that the Emerald Tablet contains the secrets of Wisdom, if it is the Coming of Christ that showed us the way to make what our minds cannot grasp available to us, then the radiance of humanity’s future, which will unfold in this millennium, the third, will depend entirely on how much we are able to Love and thus unlock the secrets of the Universe, putting us all in a position to make our individual and then collective Quantum Leap toward eternity, toward the other dimension.
Come and see, come and live this incredible story. Spatial Neoconstructivism will take you exactly where you want to be, that is, at the center of your heart, connected with the Universe through love. I leap, and you?
