Biography

Education
After obtaining a high school diploma in fine arts, I continued my studies at the Faculty of Architecture at G. D’Annunzio University of Pescara.

Professional Experience
Since 1990, I have worked as a freelance illustrator and painter, receiving numerous awards in various art competitions. From 2005 to 2011, I collaborated as an artist, designer, and art director with companies specializing in fresco and mural painting, participating in projects both in Italy and abroad. Since 2012, I have been a teacher of painting techniques for the international program THE FINE ART COLLECTIVE, providing information and training on the proper use of painting and drawing materials in major Art Academies and Higher Education Art Schools in Italy. Since 2020, I have been producing tutorials and live demos streamed on major social media channels, creating various artworks. I currently live in Desenzano del Garda (BS), and since 2023, I have coordinated the Urban Sketchers Desenzano group, part of the global Urban Sketchers movement. In the same year, I re-founded my school, ArtHysteria – a drawing and painting workshop, in Desenzano del Garda.

I have been painting since the age of 4 and over time, I have studied and deepened my knowledge of all traditional painting techniques: from pencil drawing to oil painting, from watercolor to the unique fresco technique, from sketching to the most refined and detailed painting. I have worked intensely to reach the point where I no longer choose one technique over another to create a piece; instead, I let the technique itself flow, guided by my creative thought.


Critic

From the analysis of the master’s paintings, a close connection emerges between his studies in architecture and the concept of neoconstructivist painting, which is configured as a quest for perfection in dialogue with the Sacred and, at the same time, with the Avant-garde movements of the 20th century. The relationship with mathematics, geometry, music, painting, and the laws governing the universe is evident: in this context, I conceived the work “Creazione”. The gesture of a hand seems to release or gather an energy deeply rooted in the golden ratio, mentioned in the background and visible in a formulaic overlay. This golden ratio interacts with a sequence of colors and movements that recalls notable mathematical sequences, such as the Fibonacci sequence*, synthesized in a few terms and represented by the spiral—an element highly appreciated by the artist. Color and its mass are perceived as vibrations, shifting between solid applications and scratches.
